Danny Glover has clocked over twenty five years of acting time. Think about that for a second. That’s like a whole person. Born in San Francisco, He began in theatre productions, making his Broadway Debut in Fugard's Master Harold...and the Boys, which earned him his first leading film role in Places In The Heart (1984), which was nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars.
Danny appeared in several TV series and films such as Hill Street Blues (1981) and Tall Tales and Legends (1986) before his career-changing role as Roger Murtaugh in Lethal Weapon (1987). This spawned three sequels over eleven years and became a classic.
Popping up in numerous TV shows such as ER, My Name Is Earl, and Brothers And Sisters, Danny has pretty much appeared in everything ever made (Ish…probably). His film career outside of Lethal Weapon includes Saw (2004), Dreamgirls (2006), 2012 (2009) and Dirty Grandpa (2016) to name a few.
Danny has also produced several film and tv documentaries, many of which deal with historical events and humanitarian crises close to his heart, from the state of America’s criminal justice system to climate change.
Danny is appearing at Collectormania 2018 on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd June 2018. Come along for an autograph and a photo with this amazing guest!
